The discovery session is a 30 minute introduction to what Pilates or the Yoga Trapeze is all about. At this time you will discovery your new favorite workout that is low impact but intense. I will teach you the basics so that you are ready for your next session.

The Pilates group session can accommodate up to six people for a 45 minute workout. You can bring a small group or you can sign up individually and meet new friends.

The Pilates partner session is a 45 minute workout for two people. You and your partner can sign up individually or you can sign up by yourself and be paired up with a new friend.
*Please select the appointment type then click the day you want and click the search button and it will show the times available. You can also schedule appointments on the MINDBODY APP
**Classes are always by APPOINTMENT ONLY and always start on time even if client starts the class late.
***48-hour notice required to cancel or change appointment.
