Covid-19 Policy

COVID-19 DISCLAIMER – I acknowledge that Salty AF Pilates, LLC, its Instructors and all practitioners at the facility where services are rendered adhere to the CDC recommendations of preventative measures to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus to the best of their abilities, including but not limited to social distancing, face coverings and disinfecting. I acknowledge the contagious nature of the COVID-19 virus and that no guarantee exists regarding whether or not I may contract COVID-19. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the COVID-19 virus may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, staff and other clients. I acknowledge that I increase my risk of exposure to COVID-19 by participating in services rendered. I acknowledge that I must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while in attendance.

Pregnancy & Injuries

In all cases, please check with your doctor. I am not a medical doctor or physical therapist, and my sessions are not intended to treat or cure any back conditions. It is designed to provide a strength, stretch, balance framework for your healing. In all cases, your health is your responsibility. The class is not appropriate for you if: you’re on painkillers daily and intend to use them during practice, you are pregnant without doctors approval, you are unable to get up and down from the ground unassisted, your injury occurred less than 2 weeks ago, your injury affects your ability to walk.

Cancellation Policy

All sessions and classes are 45 minutes in length. Individual session cancellations require a notice that is received by e-mail or text within 24 hours from the appointment time. Group classes (classes or sessions of 2 or more) require a 48-hour cancelation notice from the appointment time that is received by e-mail or text. If you do not show or do not cancel or reschedule your class/session within the cancelation period, you will be charged the full rate. All sessions and packages are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Packages are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.

Referral & Discount Policy

REFERRALS and DISCOUNTS – Discounts are only applicable if the new client has stated the name of who referred them on their New Client Information form. Any referral resulting in a new paid client, the $5.00 (five dollar) discount will be deducted from the next scheduled appointment by the Referring Client. Discount amounts offered do not accumulate and are accessed to individual appointments as they are scheduled. Community Organization discounts such as Teachers, Firefighters, Police, etc. must provide identification that verifies current employment with said Community Organization.
