Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy All sessions and classes are 45 to 55 minutes in length. Individual and Group session cancellations require a notice that is received by website, e-mail or text within 48 hours from the appointment time. If you do not show or do not cancel or reschedule your class/session within the cancelation period, you will be charged the full rate of the class and a $25 fee. Membership can be canceled at anytime but autopay takes up to 30 days notice to cancel out. All sessions and packages are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Packages are valid for 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Services, Schedules, Instructors and hours of operation are subject to change.
